Chair-Elect and Directors
In compliance with Article XI, Sections 2 & 4 of the FICPA Bylaws, be it known that the following nominations for Chair-Elect and Director are and will be submitted to the FICPA Council for consideration for election by Jan. 15, 2022.

Director (2022-2023): Cheri Swain
Directors (2022-2024): Ed Duarte, Kathryn Horton, Jennifer Keller, Mindy Rankin, Brion Sharpe
The following Directors shall be completing the second year of their elected two-year term: Hector Aguililla, Lydia Desnoyers, Jennifer Gunter.
**Elected as Chair-Elect, and subsequently Chair, by the FICPA Council in December 2020.
Members-at-Large
In addition, compliant with Article XI, Sections 2 & 4 of the FICPA Bylaws, be it known that the following nominations for Member-at Large are and will be submitted to the FICPA Council for consideration for election by Jan. 15, 2022:

The following Members-at-Large shall be completing the second year of their elected two-year term: Michael Dupree, Delia Finnerty, Mike Jerman, Karen Lake, Robert Maya, and Chris Oatis.
Regional Representatives (2021-2023):
The six Regional Representatives serve a two-year term and are members of the FICPA Council. Regions I-V were elected by Chapter Representatives as of Nov. 30, 2020; Region VI remains vacant.
