The FICPA on Feb. 8 officially opened its new headquarters in Downtown Orlando. The ceremony marked the completion of the FICPA’s multi-year relocation to Orlando from Tallahassee. The 11,000-square-foot office will house more than 30 FICPA staff members.
“The FICPA is proud to play a leading role in the development of our state’s young stars,” FICPA President & CEO Shelly Weir said. “We welcome this year’s invitees, and we can’t wait to follow their careers, as they shape the future of the CPA profession.”
“I am thrilled to have this opportunity to take the Foundation to the next level,” Allen said. “I believe my relationships with educators, students, and young CPAs will help the Foundation execute its new mission and vision.”
