Florida taxpayers may be unknowingly subject to audit or enforcement action which rely upon agency policies that are not plainly spelled out in the rules.
This presentation focuses on nonruled policies of general applicability. It specifically aims to expand your knowledge and horizons from solely advocating for a client on the merits of an issue to potentially removing the Florida Agency’s action against the client.
