Equity participation has long been a way for companies to retain key employees and grow the company. By offering employees ownership of shares through options or allowing partial ownership in exchange for financing, a greater motivation to remain within and commitment toward the company exist.

Companies today however are looking for alternative ways to retain their key employees and promote growth of the company. This webinar focuses on ways that employers can incentivize employees without the encumbrances a stock option or similar types of agreements.
