About The Instructor

Kimberly hails from the great state of Alabama. Her mother and sister reside in
Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She has lived in Florida for over 40 years.

She has been married since 1998 to Dr. David W. Green, Sr. -Senior Pastor of St. Stephen A.M.E. Church in Jacksonville & President/CEO of the St. Stephen Childcare and Learning Center.

She has one son, David W. Green, Jr. who is a graduate of Santa Fe College, the University of Florida and is currently matriculating at the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University in Richmond Virginia.

She is a proud graduate of Tuskegee University, following in her parents and sister’s footsteps by attending an HBCU.

She is currently employed by the University Athletic Association, Inc. (UAA) at the University of Florida. The UAA manages intercollegiate sports at UF. She has worked at the UAA for 30 years in various capacities. She began in academics and transitioned to administration in 2006 where she continues to serve as an Associate Athletics Director and is primarily responsible for managing day to day operations of the compliance department. Primary responsibilities as a compliance officer include rules education for student-athletes, coaches, UAA and UF staff, boosters and fans, rules interpretation and enforcement on campus, serving as campus liaison with Southeastern Conference (SEC) and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA)

Some of her favorite things include cooking, reading, exercising and all things Gators.
