About The Instructor
I am a native of Central Florida and is a graduate of University of Central Florida with a BA in Psychology and received a Master of Science in Personnel Psychology from Florida Tech in Melbourne, Florida.I worked for Time Warner Communications (now Spectrum) for 5 years as a Sr. HR Manager where my duties were to manage the HR function for 400 + employees and 75 + supervisors and managers.
I joined Paychex in 2000 where I provide HR Consultation for small and medium sized clients. My responsibilities are to provide guidance and compliance information regarding Handbook Policies, Multi-State Employment Laws, Training and Development on HR Laws for Managers and Employees, Job Descriptions, Comp Surveys, Covid-19 Compliance, Employee Relations, and the Affordable Care Act.
I have recently volunteered to be a Culture Champion within Paychex and frequently collaborate on special projects.
In my personal time, I enjoy going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
