His experience and responsibilities include valuations of: • Physician practices for purposes of complying with Stark and anti-kickback laws, under both o full-employment, and o professional service agreement arrangements • Hospital system joint venture arrangements • Medical device companies (sell-side consultation) • Intangible asset valuation for purposes of financial reporting o Including the value of a practice or hospital’s group of providers • Physician compensationMatt also has experience preparing expert reports for litigation in the health care.
