About The Instructor
With more than 20 years' experience behind him, Will has worked with thousands of privately-held companies from start-ups to well-established brands performing valuations, M&A transactions, and ESOP advisory engagements. His opinions/conclusions have been accepted by the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, national and regional accounting firms, as well as in litigation and mediation.
Will holds a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Additionally, he's earned continuing education credit through courses and workshops provided by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the Exit Planning Institute.
Will is credentialed by the AICPA and NACVA and is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Forensic & Valuation Section of the AICPA, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), Association of Corporate Growth (ACG), and Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council
(TBEPC).
