About The Instructor

Kathleen Walsh Dulko brings nearly two decades of accounting and compliance experience to her role as President of Ashford Investment Advisors. As a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor, Ms. Dulko helps retirement plan sponsors address the challenges of retirement plan oversight. Her unique plan governance process provides education, a prudent and documented decision-making process, and a risk transfer benefit to the retirement plans she serves.

Ms. Dulko started her financial services career as a CPA working for KPMG LLP, then Ernst & Young LLP. She was responsible for audit and assurance services, primarily serving employee retirement benefit plans, healthcare, governments, and not-for-profits. In 2010, Ms. Dulko was hired as the Corporate Controller for a tax-supported hospital district in Daytona Beach, Florida, where she was a member of the hospital's Audit and Finance Committee and Retirement Plan Committee, both fiduciary roles overseeing more than $1 billion in assets, 

Ms. Dulko is also a volunteer member of various boards and committees, including the FICPA Employee Benefit Plan Conference Committee, and the FICPA CFO and Controllers Conference Committee. She has previously served on the FICPA Health Care Conference Committee.

In addition to her CPA license, Ms. Dulko is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor and holds a FINRA Series 65 license.
