About The Instructor
Cody works at RSM US as a Senior Tax Manager focusing on Research & Development ("R&D") tax credits while also consulting on yachts, private jets, lobbying. He serves as firm's national M&E leader and the southeast region energy credit leader. In all, Cody has more than ten years experience working with clients to claim federal and state credits and incentives, prepare and review tax returns, and audit financials at the federal and state levels for clients across nearly all industries and size. Prior to RSM, he gained valuable experience as a consultant for two Big4 accounting firms and managing consumer & small business sales teams at a top 5 banking institution.
