About The Instructor

Mark A. Addington represents private and public sector employers in litigating employment and labor disputes. Mr. Addington's practice also includes both alternative dispute resolution and advocating in administrative, state, and federal court. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Addington worked extensively in the hospitality industry in operations management, training, and human resource management. In addition to litigation and mediation, Mr. Addington assists employers of all types and sizes by guiding them in legal compliance, policy development, problem prevention, and legal analysis of employment issues. 

Mr. Addington also teaches undergraduate business law and graduate-level business and employment related courses at the University of North Florida (Coggin College of Business) and Webster University.
