In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we've added flexibility to our cancellation policy. Your health and safety are our primary concern. As a result, the FICPA will not charge a cancellation fee if you decide not to attend an in-person event over concerns related to health or travel.
As we move ahead with planning and implementing live events, we are in constant communication with our event facilities and keeping up to date with CDC guidelines.
FICPA in-person-event protocols include:
- Additional facility cleaning
- Hand-sanitization stations
- Touchless check-in
- Socially distant seating based on current CDC guidance
- Color-coded lanyards, indicating your preferred level of social interaction
Specific information, advising attendees on what to expect while staying at a hotel or attending a conference, will be updated per event.
Please note: Guidance with respect to face coverings will be based on each venue's current health-and-safety protocols.
