Learn more about property valuation and taxation trends from Rick Singh, Orange County Property Appraiser. Mr. Singh will provide valuable insight into valuation techniques which have changed in the last few years. He will familiarize us with taxation trends in other states and explain what the future holds for property appraisal and taxation in Orange County.
Rick Singh brings a rich and extensive level of experience to the role of Orange County Property Appraiser (OCPA). Almost 20 years ago, Mr. Singh became a field appraiser for OCPA where he worked his way up through the ranks of the agency, and in 1999 he became a State-Certified Residential Appraiser. The hands-on experience he gained proved invaluable as he now oversees the operations and growth of this busy office.
