Larry Wald - is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Strategic Alliance Advisors, Inc, a consulting firm specializing in the mergers and acquisitions of financial services firms.
He is a self made entrepreneur who has founded several successful startups (through IPOs) in the past 20 years, from IT to satellite communications. For the past fifteen years he has earned a reputation in the Florida market as an expert in structuring and negotiating complex mergers and acquisitions that are highly creative and effective.

F. Reid Hartsfield IV, CFP®, MBA - Since 2005, Mr. Hartsfield has been the Wealth Strategist for the Wealth Management Teams covering North and East Florida. Reid has 12 years of experience in the field of wealth management with an extensive background providing comprehensive financial planning advice on investments, retirement, estate, education, business succession, and asset protection. Reid has given seminars on asset allocation, modern portfolio theory, estate taxes, tax law changes, business succession and general financial planning.
