Speaker's Bio:
Serving not for profit, for profit, publicly traded, academic and governmental healthcare providers across the Southeast for ten years, Bryan offers diversified experience in accounting, consulting and auditing for providers of all types. Bryan has successfully served hospitals, nursing homes and rehabilitation centers, hospices, ambulatory surgery centers, healthcare foundations, federally qualified health centers and various other types of healthcare providers, adding the experience gained from these clients to the firm's rapidly expanding healthcare practice.

Bryan also offers expertise in the areas of governmental and not for profit auditing, Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits including defined contribution and defined benefit pension plans, and audits of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants.

Bryan currently serves on CRI's Audit & Advisory Quality Control Committee, Employee Benefits Focus Group, IT Audit Group and as the Chairman of the Moore Stephens Alliance - Healthcare Special Interest Group's Steering Committee.

Bryan is an active CPA licensed in the states of Alabama, Georgia and Florida and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Alabama Chapter.

The Chapter Nominating Committee has nominated the following officers for the 2012-2013 year. Elections will be held at the monthly meeting.

According to FICPA Policies and Procedures, Section VI (4), any one percent (1%) of Voting members of the Chapter may petition and submit supplemental nominations for Officers and/or Board of Directors, provided that such nominations be filed with the Secretary at least twenty days prior to the date of the election of officers. Notice of such supplemental nominations shall be provided by the Secretary to all Voting members at least ten days prior to the election of Officers and Board of Directors.
