FICPA Leadership Academy
Take the Next Step in Your Career
The FICPA Leadership Academy is a selective, leadership opportunity for young CPAs 35 years old and under looking to grow as a leader, and expand their professional network all while earning CPE!
Candidates will be chosen to attend sessions, where they will learn valuable leadership skills to bring back and implement in the office.
Eligibility:
Qualified applicants are:
- 35 years old and under
- 4+ years of experience within the profession
- On the Horizon and have the greatest potential to lead the organization

The Leadership Academy provides participants with the opportunity to build relationships across the state, become engaged with local thought leaders, and leap into leadership within their organization and the CPA profession with motivation.
