Employment Practices Liability Insurance

The FICPA offers its members CPA EmployerGard, employment practices liability insurance customized for CPA firms including extensive risk control resources. The program insures firms against employment-related claims risks such as, age, race or gender discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful dismissal.

CPA EmployerGard, endorsed by the FICPA, nationally administered by Aon Insurance Services, and underwritten by CNA, provides limits ranging from $100,000 to $5 million to qualified firms for their defense, settlements and judgments should they be sued for an employment–related dispute.
