Lahteefah Parramore, CEO, LRW Group, TheLahteefah Parramore
Lahteefah Bryant is a Tampa Bay Area native, by way of Newark, New Jersey. Lahteefah Bryant is a seasoned audit manager at Crowe Horwath, LLP, with over 12 years of experience. She started her career in public accounting as a staff member with a Big Four accounting firm progressing to audit supervisor. Her primary focus and industry specialization was higher education, not for profit, and government clients. This industry focus has provided her the ability to sharpen her skills with an eye toward providing the proactive thought leadership to all her clients. She understands the need for organizations to be incompliance with applicable laws and regulations, reporting deadlines and be fiscally prudent.
In addition, Lahteefah has experience in government and federal regulation compliance, initial public offerings, private equity offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Lahteefah’s experience encompasses an array of industries, such as technology/communications, retail/distribution, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare and municipals. Lahteefah continually is requested to represent her firm as an industry expert. Lahteefah has lectured at conferences sponsored by the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida School Finance Officers Association, University of South Florida Annual Accounting Conference, National Association of Black Accountants-Southern Region, Palm Beach Best Practice Conference, Lorman technical sessions, and Minority Women in Business.
She has spearheaded implementation of diversity recruitment and retention efforts within Crowe Horwath LLP and Ernst & Young, LLP.
Lahteefah is licensed to practice public accounting in the state of Delaware. She has received meritorious accolades, such as American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Minority Scholar, Who’s Who among Executives and Professionals, and University of South Florida Project Thrust Mentor of the Year. Lahteefah currently serves as the President of the local chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA), Chairman of the NABA Southern Regional Student Member Services Committee, and a Member of the USFAC Conference Planning Committee for the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
