Phil Nahajewski

Phil Nahajewski is a CFO with a strong track record spanning multi-billion-dollar companies, SMBs, internet startups, and non-profits. He specializes in scaling organizations the right way—driving sustainable financial performance while strengthening customer loyalty and employee engagement. His core expertise includes accounting, budgeting, billing, collections, ERP and BI implementations, financial planning and analysis, internal controls, supply chain, and treasury management. Phil also brings deep leadership capabilities in strategic planning, M&A, change management, project management, mentoring, and team development.

Phil joined the Florida CFO Group in 2019 and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Detroit. He serves on multiple non-profit boards and actively volunteers in mentoring programs, including the Camaraderie Foundation, UCF’s College of Business, and the JA Academy of Entrepreneurship and Leadership.
