In this session, she pulls back the curtain on the exact framework she’s used to help accountants across the country create revenue streams that don’t depend on billable hours — all while helping clients achieve transformational tax and financial results. You’ll learn how to shift from “tax preparer” to trusted strategist, how to structure your offerings for recurring, scalable income, and how to leverage proven tax and acquisition strategies that deliver tangible client ROI — and effortless profitability for you. Whether you’re solo, running a firm, or managing a team, this session will redefine how you think about value, revenue and the role you play in your clients’ wealth creation. Speaker Bio Carlotta Thompson, EA & Former IRS Agent When Carlotta was 14, she remembers becoming enthralled with a booklet on preparing taxes. She decided then that she wanted to work for the IRS, so she began studying tax law. After a few years she realized that she had a bigger dream and mission to directly help business owners pay the least tax legally possible, so what began as a ministry has evolved into Carlotta Thompson and Associates. Today alongside Tax Strategists of America she changes the lives of business owners with a mission of helping them pay the least amount of tax legally possible.
