Tax Pro Profit Maximizer Expo 2026 Orlando, FL (In Person)
Overview
You already know how 2027 goes if nothing changes. Season runs you over. June was supposed to be the month you caught up and it never is. Somewhere around October you look up and the client list is longer, the hours are longer, and the number at the bottom looks a lot like last year's.
Selling hours is what caps you, and you set the cap yourself. Get better at the work and the same job pays less. Add clients and the first thing to go is the time you needed to run the business. Effort does not fix that math. Read that again.
The practice will not collapse, and that is exactly the problem. It keeps running just well enough to take your weekends and the years you swore you would spend somewhere else. Nobody sends a warning letter. You wake up five years older, working the identical week.
The practices that got out went after the structure of the business: what they charge, who they accept, and where next year's work comes from. Same tax code. Same clients available to everybody. Different build.
Three days in Orlando is where you do that work on your own numbers, with forty people in the room doing it beside you. You go home with a fee schedule you can say out loud, a screen for the front door, and next year's marketing already on the calendar. That is the part a binder full of notes has never once given you.
Four questions worth sitting with
- Are you still billing by the hour for work that saves somebody their house?
- Do you know, to the dollar, what each client costs you to serve, and which ones cost more than they pay?
- How many people on your calendar would you turn down if they called you today?
- Is there a written marketing plan for 2027 somewhere, or is there a hope?
Answer those four out loud. They will be the same answers next November unless something in the practice changes between now and then, and YOU are the only person who can make that call. November 17 to 19, Orlando. Forty seats (Many are already gone). Space is limited!
This course is NASBA approved.
