We’re an accounting firm looking to expand into Florida. Our acquisition criteria:
- $1.5M–$10M in revenue
- Seller(s) stay on for 2–5 years
- Strong reputation and culture
We are open to any part of Florida and are very flexible around the sellers wants/needs. Flexible on deal structure - we pay a substantial amount of cash at closing.
