Designing metrics is only half the challenge-making them work in practice is where most organizations struggle. This session focuses on applying metrics in real-world environments, including responsibility centers, profit centers, and service organizations. Participants will explore output measurements, controllable versus non-controllable costs, cost allocation challenges, and benchmarking. Case discussions illustrate how better information leads to better decisions and improved performance.
