Opportunities to Present and Sponsor Chapter Events

FICPA local chapters are strengthened by the involvement of members, presenters, and sponsors who support meaningful connection and learning. Presenters contribute their expertise by delivering high-quality, objective educational programs for members. Sponsors support chapter events that bring professionals together and help foster engagement within the local CPA community.

Call for Chapter Presenters

Are you a subject matter expert with insights to share? FICPA local chapters are always looking for knowledgeable professionals to deliver engaging, high quality educational content to our members across Florida.

Chapter presentations are typically 50 or 100 minutes. Presenters should have expertise in their topic area and be able to deliver content that qualifies for Technical Business or Accounting and Auditing continuing professional education CPE credit.

FICPA will handle the CPE submission process and submit your program for approval through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation DBPR. All programs must meet the requirements outlined in the Florida Board of Accountancy CPE Guidelines.

Presenters may be at any stage of their professional career. This is a volunteer opportunity that allows professionals to share their knowledge, support the CPA community, and gain meaningful speaking experience.

All chapter presentations are intended to be educational in nature. Presentations should focus on delivering objective, technical content and are not a sales or promotional opportunity.

Chapter sponsorship offers organizations the opportunity to support local CPA engagement while gaining meaningful exposure and networking opportunities with chapter members. Sponsors may support a variety of events, including CPE programs, social gatherings, and community service events. Both multi-event and single-event sponsorship options are available, providing flexibility based on your organization’s goals.

Sponsorship includes:

• Recognition as the event sponsor, with your logo featured on promotional materials (including social graphics, email communications, and the event registration page)
• Tagging in social media posts promoting the event
