The FICPA on Wednesday sent a letter to Financial Crimes Enforcement Network acting director Himamauli Das requesting that FinCEN provide Hurricane Nicole victims in the state of Florida relief for filing their Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR).
