2022-2023 FICPA Committee leaders announced

On July 1, the following members were appointed to serve as the 2022-2023 Chairs and Vice Chairs of the FICPA’s General Committees. More than 30 FICPA Committees engage members from across Florida on a variety of subjects and interests of importance to the accounting profession.

FICPA Chair Julian Dozier recognized all of this year’s volunteer leaders.

“Being generous with our time and knowledge is just a piece of what sets CPAs apart. This is more than a job – it’s a profession,” he said.

“Committee work allows us to give back and build the value our fellow FICPA members need. Our shared expertise makes us all better practitioners and paves the way for future CPAs to join and thrive in our profession. I appreciate all of our volunteer leaders and look forward to the many great things FICPA Committees will accomplish this year.”

Appointments are made each July and are one-year terms. Committee membership is open to voting members, non-CPA accounting educator members, associate members, retired members, and lifetime members of the FICPA in good standing. To learn more about FICPA Committees, click here.
