How do I login to my account?

Signing into your account is easier than ever. Simply click the “login” button, and enter the email address associated with your FICPA membership and hit submit. (Do not close this window). You’ll then get an email with a 6-digit code. Return to the page to enter the code right where you previously supplied your email address. That’s it!… you’re logged in.

Don’t know what email address you used to set up your account? Enter the email address you prefer, and if it creates a duplicate account for you in our system, no problem. Simply alert FICPA staff by live chat on the site, and we can quickly “merge” your existing account data with your new preferred email address. You’ll want to use this email address to login to the site moving forward.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click the “login” button. Then:

  • Enter your email address in the pop-up login tool and hit submit. Do not close the window.
  • A 6-digit code will be emailed to you.
  • Return to the login window and enter the code.

That’s it. Once you’re logged in, you can review and edit your account information by clicking the drop-down menu next to your name and visiting “Account Settings.”

How do I get help on the site?

You can talk to us at any time using the chat window on your screen. Just click the chat icon and start a conversation with FICPA staff. If our staff are too busy to respond right away, we’ll ask for your email address so someone can get back to you as soon as possible.

Password-free login means you can use your existing online accounts to access your FICPA benefits. You don’t need to create or remember any new usernames or passwords. Just use an account that you already have.


Password-free log in means there’s nothing to forget, lose, or have stolen. Every time you log in to the site, your identity is verified by virtue of being connected to one of your existing online accounts or email.


FICPA Membership Subscriptions

With membership subscriptions, all your payments will be taken care of and your benefits will always be in place. Subscription payments can be made automatically at the interval you choose, either annually or monthly, and there is no extra cost for either selection.

Our new system verifies your identity every time you access the site by using one of your existing accounts. We don’t store any login information associated with your account, so your information is safe and unique to you.

How are you keeping my credit card information secure?

We don’t keep any of your credit card information in our system. We’ve partnered with one of the leading online payment processors, Stripe, to make sure that your financial information is as safe and secure as possible.
