About The Instructor
Mr. McCord found his passion in industrial/organizational psychology. He has conducted a variety of research in areas such as management, strategy, cohesion, motivation, and personality assessment. His research has included investigating how differences in compensation among team members influences their interpersonal relationships, examining how employee motivation fluctuates over time, and conducting seminal work in exploring alternative ways of approaching personality assessment to boost engagement.
Mr. McCord is passionate about innovative practices in an ever-changing business environment, putting him in an excellent position to enable organizational leadership to perform at the highest level.
