About The Instructor
Dave is a member of the FORVIS ESG and Climate Risk Practice with more than 25 years of experience as an environmental, safety and sustainability program manager. His areas of expertise include leading environmental, social and governance (ESG) program development and energy efficiency initiatives, minimizing company environmental and safety risk, and leveraging information technology to improve ESG performance.
Prior to coming to FORVIS, David managed environmental, safety and sustainability programs for companies in the mining, manufacturing and energy sectors, where he was instrumental in reducing operational environmental impacts through energy efficiency projects and creating effective processes for continuous ESG improvement.
He is a licensed Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and Certified Safety Professional.
David is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana, with a B.S. degree in environmental engineering, and a graduate of Roosevelt University, Chicago, with an M.B.A. degree with an emphasis in organizational theory.
