Lawrence Kendzior, CPA
Larry layers 30-plus years of working with small and mid-sized businesses on top of 12 years of military experience and 8 years of working with large publicly-held multinational clients. His transition from large multi-nationals to small and mid-sized business started in 1983 when the large international CPA firm he worked for asked him to help start their small business consulting practice in Chicago.
Larry's practice is focused on business valuation and related consulting. He also serves as an expert witness in financial, business management and business valuation matters. He is an experienced business writer and frequent speaker on topics relevant to today's business owner. Publishing credits include a bi-weekly business column in Keys Sunday, a Miami Herald supplement, his award-winning book, Conundrum: The Challenge of Execution in Middle-Market Companies, and a Business Survival Guide and companion website, http://www.SurviveThriveintheKeys.com.
He lives in Marathon Florida with an attractive and intelligent woman, 5 birds and a dog. He spends his free time fishing, boating and enjoying life in Paradise.
