About The Instructor
Michael Wolford is a Principal with DHG Healthcare’s National Strategy Practice. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Michael works with health systems and physician practices on strategies for population health, value-based care, post-acute networks, ACOs, and claims data analytics. Since joining the firm in 2010, he has advised more than 100 organizations on population health and value-based care, physician-hospital alignment, and efficiency measures.During Michael’s tenure with DHG, he has twice served as an acting director of population health for multi-state health systems, driving profitability and efficiency for clients. He also serves as an advisor to HFMA’s Value-Based Healthcare Innovation Council.
Michael received an undergraduate business degree from Miami University (OH) and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
