About The Instructor

With a benevolent nature, Sabby Hightower fostered an early interest in helping others. Caregiver with an established history of working in the hospital & health care industry. At Treasure Coast Community Health, Sabby oversaw compliance and accreditation. Sabby currently works as the Chief of Staff of the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA). Her other responsibilities include serving as a Co-Director at Helping Hands of the Treasure Coast, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit. Helping Hands is a group of volunteers primarily from Indian River State College. Volunteers and staff are encouraged to become inspired community helpers by continual education and mentoring from the core leadership. Dedicated to serving her beloved community, Sabby strives to contribute with earnestness and sincerity.

Resilient professional graduate with an Executive Master’s in Health Administration (MHA) from Florida Atlantic University (FAU), 2020. Baccalaureate of Science degree in Health Care Management from Indian River State College (IRSC), 2019. Sabby is currently a student in the Doctoral program at Saybrook University, California, concentrating in Mind-Body Medicine with a Specialization in Integrative Wellness Coaching. Sabby is a member of IRSC Toastmasters International and proudly serves as the President. As an alumna, Sabby serves as a mentor to the HOSA officers and members at IRSC. To repair families, Sabby aims to work with those grieving the loss of their loved ones through a more holistic approach
