About The Instructor
Lily is a Vice President within JP Morgan Chase & Co.’s Cybersecurity organization. In her current role, Lily is the Audit, Compliance, and Regulatory Engagement Lead for the Global Technology Assessments and Operational Control and Risk Evaluation, she also co-leads the firmwide Regulatory Information Security Program over Consumer Information Protection.
Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase & Co, Lily has had over 10 years of experience in Audit and Program Management in various roles within the 1st and 3rd Lines of Defenses. Lily started her career in the Information Technology industry in Silicon Valley and has since gained experience in diverse industries, including Internet Security, Marketing, and Insurance. She enjoys the ongoing learning and knowledge exposure, and the opportunities to contribute to the company’s progression that come with Audit/Regulatory roles and functions.
Lily is an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the West Florida Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Chapter and holds an Information Security Auditor Certification (CISA) issued by the Association.
Lily holds a Master and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering.
Lily grew up in 3 different countries on 3 continents (Asia, Europe, and North America), and has had exposure to a mixture of cultures. At an earlier age, Lily spoke 4 languages fluently. That list has shrunken down to 2.5 currently, however, she is actively working on recovery. Lily has been told that she can speak various languages without an accent.
In her free time, Lily enjoys traveling, culinary adventures, driving, movies and shows, water activities, spending time with family and her puppy, staying fit and healthy, and dabbling in beginner level “adventurous sports”, such as sky diving, rock climbing and learning to ride a motorcycle.
