Mark Merry has served as Assistant Director, for the Division of Accounting and Auditing within the Florida Department of Financial Services since May 2017. Prior to that he served as Bureau Chief for the Bureau of Auditing for eleven years. Mark is responsible for managing the State's processes for payments, payrolls and providing the financial reporting for the State. Mark has over 29 years with the State of Florida including 8 years with the Florida Auditor General's Office.
Mark has been a CPA for 28 years and has bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Economics from Florida State University.
