About The Instructor
Mike is a Director and a member of the tax team responsible for tax liability insurance products.
Prior to joining Atlantic, Mike most recently was PwC’s global tax leader for the Banking & Capital Markets practice and advised financial institutions on complex tax matters.
Before joining PwC in 2009, Mike was the Co-Head of Global Tax at Merrill Lynch and a member of the Special Structured Product Committee.
Mike has authored several articles on international, financial products and transfer pricing. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mike was a MD at Bear, Stearns.
