About The Instructor
Jennifer R. Lange, CPA, is a partner at CohnReznick with more than 25 years of diversified public accounting experience. She had developed an expertise in accounting, auditing, and financial management services and serves as the Firm's Employee Benefit Plan Audit Practice Leader. She is also a member of the Firm's Financial Services Industry Practice.
Jenn specializes in audit services for employee benefit plans and financial services companies. Within the field of employee benefit plans, she has extensive experience working with clients that are subject to ERISA and DOL reporting requirements, including 401(k), 403(b), defined benefit, and health and welfare plans. Jenn works with the firm's larger employee benefit plan audit clients. Within the financial services industry, she has extensive experience working with private equity, hedge fund and broker-dealer clients. She has also worked extensively on SEC reporting for public companies.
Jenn serves on various in-house committees and instructs courses in the area of employee benefit plans audits. She is also active in the Firm's recruiting process.
