As the Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Lamar oversees the accounting and financial operations, budget, information technology, human resources, purchasing and administrative functions of the SBA. Lamar is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant with private and public sector experience. He has been with the SBA for almost 15 years, starting with the Division of Bond Finance in 2002. He has served as the Deputy General Counsel and Deputy Executive Director for the SBA.
