Bruce has been professionally involved in finance for more than 30 years and has a Masters of Business Administration degree in finance from Case Western Reserve University.
• Bruce is an expert in small business acquisition or sale, gift and estate taxation, private placement investment, commercial credit analysis, financial operations, and appraisal review. He has also assisted with estate planning, SBA loan syndication appraisal, family law, and litigation support.
