About The Instructor

Beth Schick Attorney InCounsel, Inc. Beth uses her wealth of experience in both private industry and as an attorney to specialize in matters dealing with corporations, business planning, regularly offering counsel to business owners regarding human resources, operational, regulatory and management issues. She currently owns her own legal and human resources consulting firm. After receiving her law degree, she pursued a specialized degree in tax law and subsequently practiced in the areas of estate planning and corporate law for 7 years. She then shifted into the world of financial planning, working more than 10 years with businesses consisting of five to 500 employees and acquiring a vast knowledge of insurance products, employee benefits and other human resource issues. That knowledge and insight now serve her well, because not only can she give advice based on special industry insight, but she also has the training to ensure legal integrity. Her approach is to help clients through professional dedication, specialized knowledge, industry experience and legal expertise. Admission Admitted to bar, 1991, Florida. Education Tulane University (B.A., Communications, 1986; Vanderbilt University (J.D., 1989); University of Florida (LL.M. in Taxation, 1991).
