Stacy B. Rubel is a partner in the law firm of Chepenik Trushin LLP. Ms. Rubel concentrates her practice on probate and trust administration and litigation, as well as guardianship administration and litigation. She represents personal representatives, trustees, guardians (both professional and non-professional), beneficiaries, and creditors in probate, trust, and guardianship matters. Ms. Rubel litigates adversary claims including, but not limited to, will contests, disputes over appointment of fiduciaries, removal of fiduciaries, breaches of fiduciary obligations, tortious interference with right of expectancy, and elderly exploitation. She is a current fellow for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and was recently accepted into the Florida Fellows Institute for the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Ms. Rubel was recognized by the Dade County Bar Association Probate & Guardianship Committee as a Rising Star in 2014. She was also recognized in 2016 by her peers through the Dade County Bar Association as a "Legal Luminary" winner for the category probate and estate planning. Ms. Rubel earned her B.A. degree from the University of Florida and her J.D. degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
