Paul has over thirty years of experience in the banking industry and knows how to navigate the often confusing residential and commercial real estate underwriting, legal and regulatory requirements that are part of qualifying for a home (as a primary residence, vacation home or investment property), or commercial property, purchasing a foreclosure or short sale and negotiating loan terms. He has served on the zoning board, planning board, and environmental commission and was president of two condominium associations. He is also a recognized instructor in the various areas of credit and banking law for the past fifteen years. Combining these skills with his knowledge of the southwest florida real estate market and the desire to make home or business ownership a reality makes for a winning combination that can’t be beat.
