Justin Silva is a tax senior manager in RSM's Fort Lauderdale, FL office and is the firm's Regional Practice Leader of RSM's Accounting Methods practice. Justin is responsible for providing tax consulting services to privately held and SEC-registered clients across numerous industrial and consumer product industries including Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, Software Development, Construction, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Food & Beverage, and Wireless Communications. Justin serves as a technical instructor for firm-wide training to all levels from intern through partner. He previously completed a one-year rotation with RSM's Washington National Tax office, specializing in tax credits, incentives, and accounting methods & periods. Justin is also an active developer of thought leadership at RSM, with numerous tax-related opinion and technical articles published on www.rsmus.com and in the AICPA's Tax Adviser.
Justin's experience includes over a decade of planning, research, consultation, diligence, implementation, and IRS exam defense of:
