Scott has been a mortgage banker in the Southwest Florida area since 1996. He has consistently been a top producer and serves as a Branch Manager for the Ft. Myers office of Primary Residential Mortgage. 

Since 2005, Scott has been speaking to Realtor offices and groups like the Women's Council of Realtors, as well as the Ft. Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, and Naples Boards of Realtors. He has also appeared as a mortgage and real estate expert on various local, national, and international news programs including The Today Show, ABC News, NBC News and Tokyo News.

He has served as a speaker for numerous training, motivational, and business development classes for national real estate companies including Coldwell Banker, Re/Max, Century 21, and GMAC.

Scott's approach to working with his clients (from first-time buyers to experienced homeowners to investors) is to prepare them for the challenges, responsibilities, and opportunities of a home purchase by providing them with coaching and information so that they can better understand the market and the buying process. He helps clients utilize their mortgages as a wealth and cash flow management tool, as opposed to a typical debt instrument. Because of this approach, Scott's received well over 1000 referrals per year.

As of late, Scott has also taken to social media to spread his passion for educating people on money and finances.  He currently has close to 25,000 people per month viewing his videos on the various platforms.  He can be followed on YouTube at FloridaMortgageExpert and on Facebook as well under his name.
