Daniel G. Bauer

Daniel Bauer brings over 15 years of Fortune 500 corporate experience, 10 years of international venture and entrepreneurial experience, combined with over six years of rigorous academic and research experience as well as financing relationships to the benefit of others.
Daniel is currently an Adjunct Instructor at Florida Atlantic University. Prior to that he served as a Visiting Business Relationship Manager within Executive Education in the College of Business. Daniel was successful in developing potential business with over a dozen organizations during his eight month stint canvassing the three South Florida counties of Martin, Palm Beach, and Broward. Prior to his visiting assignment, Daniel came over to Executive Education from the College for Design & Social Inquiry’s Public Procurement Research Center (“PPRC”) where he served as Managing Director and Adjunct Professor delivering value to the benefit of others through research, education, and service offers. Daniel was actively engaged in program development through alliances with various professional/executive associations, collaboration with other research centers, and organizations, and grant opportunities. Daniel also facilitated sponsored research, certificate programs, and training programs for associations, agencies, and external entities through both distance learning and face-to-face classroom.
Throughout his 30-year career he has held various executive positions within the operations, finance, and marketing disciplines at Fortune 500 companies such as Macmillan, CBS, and AT&T. Additionally, Daniel spent over ten years with Quantum Group overseas. Mr. Bauer had been part of a team that saw Quantum Group successfully manage and grow over a dozen new venture companies operating in the Sustainability area consisting of Green Utility and Information Communications Technology Industry creating and contributing $200 million+ to value for money and shareholder wealth.
Daniel holds degrees in Finance from The University of Toledo, USA. Mr. Bauer obtained an Executive MBA in International Business and Finance from Florida Atlantic University. Currently, Mr. Bauer is an ABD, PhD candidate within the School of Public Administration at Florida Atlantic University specializing in Finance and Management.
Amongst others, he is a member of various academic and practitioner associations including selection to the United Nations Economic Commission Team of Specialists on Public-Private Partnerships (“UNECE ToS on PPPs”); Scientific Committee of the Green Telco World Congress, Paris, France, and others.
Daniel was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, adopted when young and raised in Toledo, Ohio. He is a Canadian and American citizen. He and his family reside in Delray Beach, Florida, USA.
