Roger began his career in finance more than 40 years ago, earning his doctorate in accounting from Michigan State University and going on to thrive in a variety of positions within academia and in the corporate sector. On the academic front, Roger served as a tenured professor on the faculty in the School of Accounting at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, where he imparted the knowledge his students needed to perform at their best in the world of numbers, specifically as CPAs. He held the position for 10 years.

He conducted these seminars until 2008. In addition, Roger’s strong commitment to education continued as he conducted CPE through Federal Tax Workshops in 20 states and provided CPE for the Georgia Society of CPAs.
