About The Instructor

Brad Gould, a Florida Bar board certified tax attorney, serves as a trusted counselor to businesses and individuals in the full range of corporate, tax and estate planning matters. His clients include closely held businesses, business owners and their families, individuals, and fiduciaries.

Brad's extensive experience includes guiding business owners through all stages of the company's life cycle, from formation and governance to mergers, sales, and succession planning to addressing the various and complex legal issues that arise in a business's day-to-day operations. He counsels business owners on their relationships with their entities and other owners, and represents both businesses and individuals before the IRS.
 
Additionally, Brad provides sophisticated estate and asset protection planning services, including preparation and administration of wills, trusts and prenuptial agreements. He also handles probate administration, as well as litigation involving estates and trusts.
 
Brad serves as a chair of the American Bar Association Tax Section's S Corporations Committee and is a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel.  He frequently speaks at national and regional conferences, including those sponsored by the American Bar Association Tax Section, FICPA, and the American Academy of Attorney-CPAs.  Brad contributes articles for legal publications including Law360 and the Florida Bar Tax Section Bulletin.

Brad graduated from the University of Florida, Fisher School of Accounting in 1998 where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accounting and from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2001.  He joined the University of Florida Fisher School of Accounting Advisory Council in 2017.
