A 1977 Graduate of The University of Florida, Bill has spent his entire career in the field of Employee Benefits.
Mr. Moore's Administration firm was purchased in 1988 by Dun & Bradstreet, where he built a firm of 20 employees to 750 employees. He was instrumental in purchasing the company back in 1998 and Sold it to First Data Corporation Shortly after in 1999.
Bill founded PENSERVCO (a Retirement Plan TPA) in 2000. Bill is knowledgeable in DB, Profit Sharing, 401k, 403b, and Medical plan administration including Cafeteria Plan administration, 125 Plans, HSA's, HRA's FSA's etc.
Bill has been on Numerous Non-Profit boards over the years in addition to many Mutual Fund Boards and Industry related boards and committees.
Bills current non-profit responsibilities include;
- Golf Chairman, CharityWorks Cup Challenge, Belleair CC, Clearwater Fl since November 2008, Christmas Fund Raiser
- Suncoast Scramble Golf event, Founder and Golf Chairman, Since 2004, Benefits FICPA Scholarship Foundation
