Larry is an instructor of accounting at Florida Atlantic University and Managing Partner for L. Brown and Company, P.A. He teaches accounting subjects at Florida Atlantic University and is the CPA Advisor for the College of Business, School of Accounting. His firm provides auditing, accounting, and tax services to Not-for-Profit entities in the Tri-County of South Florida and is a member of the AICPA/FICPA Peer Review Program.
Larry held positions in public accounting, internal auditing, and controllership in Massachusetts, New York, and is currently a practicing CPA in the State of Florida.
Larry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Inc., Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Internal Auditors, Inc. and holds a DBA in Accounting and a Masters' degree in Management Information Systems Auditing.
