Melissa serves several mid-sized and large business clients in federal and multi-state taxes, specializing in income and franchise. Her experiences include assisting taxpayers with the development and design of effective state tax planning methodologies and early identification of opportunities available to Companies. Melissa's experience encompasses various organizational structures including large complex multi-state C corporations, S corporations, limited liability companies and tiered partnerships spanning in both the public and private sectors.
She provides excellent client service to a broad client base including taxpayers in the manufacturing, distribution, shipping, retail, technology, and service industries.
