Elizabeth Ginori, CPA, is the Managing Partner in the Tax and Accounting Department at Boyer Ginori CPAs LLC. Elizabeth has more than twenty years of experience in the tax and accounting industry with significant experience in state and local taxation (SALT). She spent 15 years of her career with Big 4 firms specializing in multi-state taxation.Elizabeth provides tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to both domestic and international businesses including C corporations, S corporations, and partnerships regarding federal, state and local, and U.S. tax reporting. Her state and local tax responsibilities include minimizing tax issues, managing tax audits, abating tax penalties, and providing tax consulting regarding nexus, taxability, and optimization of tax processes and controls. Elizabeth has significant experience working with various types of clients including mid-market businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and high-net-worth individuals providing cost-effective and value-added tax planning and compliance, as well as research and quality assurance.
